The Position : Business Development Manager
Your responsibilities include :
To lead the growth of Tabascoâs performance and work-winning culture within the Company.
Increase market awareness of Brand Tabasco and identify fresh opportunities to grow further in terms of Revenue, Market share, Diversification, etc.
Design and Execute effective full-cycle Sales strategies to ensure short- and long-term growth.
Work closely with the Sales Executives, lead, monitor, and ensure their development strategies are well executed.
Coach the Sales Team in client generation, communication, engagement and retainment.
Develop and Mentor the Sales team on essential and advanced Sales and follow-up etiquettes and hacks.
Carry out and secure client due diligence / KYC to ensure services are catered to beneficial clients.
Innovate Sales tactics, Sales systems, Sales Processes, and Sales management to ensure optimum utilization of resources.
Create and maintain data such as Pipelines, Prospects, Funnels, etc.
Retain existing relationships, ensure that requirements are fulfilled as demanded, and provide aftersales services.
Design proposals and business plans for securing different business opportunities.
Ensure undertaken projects are profitable, with minimum risks, and are a long-term benefit to the Company.
Handle complaints and conflicts with clients effectively with resolutions.
Prepare all sorts of reports relevant to Business Development for MIS and take actions and design strategies accordingly on a timely basis.
Visit potential customers, make presentations, identify critical decision-makers and establish rapport with them.
Ensure each sales team member achieves their target and motivates them for better results.
You will ideally have :
Strong domain knowledge, network, and prominence in Manpower outsourcing (Blue and White-collar)
Proven track record of developing and implementing business strategies and performance
Ability to lead, communicate strategy, and build and motivate a team.
Analytical skills (ability to define KPIs, track, monitor, and identify improvement actions)
Strong communication, rapport-building, and influencing skills with all levels of management.
Capacity to deal with complexity in an operational environment.
