Job Description :
We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie specializing in French cuisine to join our culinary team. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.
Responsibilities :
Prepare and cook high-quality French dishes according to recipes and standards
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff in your section
Assist in menu planning, inventory, and ordering of supplies
Maintain a clean and organized workstation adhering to food safety standards
Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop new dishes and menu items
Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profitability
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in French cuisine
Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
Strong knowledge of French cooking techniques and ingredients
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Attention to detail and creativity in presentation
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
