Job description
The Secretary cum Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting in coordinating sales activities.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of handling a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of both administrative and sales functions.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist the sales team with preparing and processing sales orders.
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products / services.
Follow up with customers regarding order status,
delivery, and any issues.
Support the sales team with customer inquiries, quotations, and proposals.
Prepare sales reports and provide analysis to management.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas and minutes.
- Assist with general office duties such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
- Qualifications :
Minimum Bachelors Degree Required; additional qualifications in Management or sales are a plus.
Proven experience in similar role.
Familiarity with sales processes and customer service principles.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
