We are seeking a smart , self motivated and organized Sales Coordinator cum Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in both sales coordination and receptionist duties. As the Sales Coordinator cum Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
- Coordinate sales activities, including preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and processing orders.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, preparing sales presentations, and maintaining sales documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects our company's professional image.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects, as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator and Receptionist, with 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook is a must.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Female candidates are preferred for this position.
