- Job Title : Personal Assistant to the Chairman
- Location : Al Qasba, Sharjah
- Job Summary :
The Personal Assistant to the Chairman will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring efficient management of the Chairmanâs schedule, communications, and confidential matters.
The role requires discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the Chairmanâs calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle all communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Organize and coordinate meetings,
including taking minutes and following up on action items.
Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications :
Previous experience supporting C-level executives.
