As a Marketing Coordinator at AB Marina Fitness, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing efforts, ensuring the seamless execution of marketing campaigns, and assisting in the development of marketing strategies. Your creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills will be essential in driving our marketing initiatives forward.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports for evaluation.
Ensure content is aligned with the brand's voice and messaging.
**Digital Marketing**:Assist in managing the company's website,
ensuring it is up to date and optimized for search engines (SEO).
Monitor and engage with social media channels, including posting content and responding to comments or messages.
**Event Coordination**:Assist in organizing and promoting events, trade shows, and webinars.
Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and promotional materials.
**Market Research**:Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities.
Compile and present findings to inform marketing strategies.
**Administrative Tasks**:Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling inquiries.
**Collaboration**:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure marketing efforts align with overall company goals.
Communicate marketing updates and progress to relevant stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in marketing or related roles is advantageous.

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Salary Range: 4000-5000**
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
