To prepare the required food items and make sure to follow the Operational Restaurant Standard.
- Responsible on creating new dishes
- Minimize waste by controlling the product ordering, proper storage in refrigeration and proper inventory
- Manage all aspects of the kitchen including operational, quality, and administrative functions
- Experience in Italian Cuisine is an advantage
- Must have working experience in a fine dining restaurant
- Regularly checks and prepares stock needed.
- To assist the Head Chef and support the menu planning.
- Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.
- Cleaning and sanitation procedures at all times are needed






- Responsible for storing food products in the designated area.
- Knowledge of the products & cooking methods.
- Can work under pressure with supervision
- Demonstrate integrity in all dealings and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Can join immediately

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- More: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
