Alphex Logistics, a leading provider of freight forwarding and logistics solutions, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive cum Surveyor to join our team. This unique role combines your sales expertise with the ability to assess client needs through on-site surveying. In this results-oriented position, you'll leverage your knowledge of the freight forwarding industry to cultivate new client relationships, generate qualified leads, conduct thorough on-site surveys, and close deals for our industry-leading services.

- Responsibilities:

Sales:

- Prospect and qualify leads through various channels (phone, email, social media)

Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients







- Understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of Alphex Logistics services

Negotiate and close sales deals, exceeding assigned sales targets

- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction

Generate accurate quotes and proposals

- Surveying: Conduct on-site surveys to assess client needs and shipment requirements

- Evaluate cargo volume, weight, dimensions, and any special handling needs

Collaborate with clients to develop optimal logistics solutions

- Document findings and recommendations for accurate quotations

- Qualifications:

Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the freight forwarding and relocation.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Strong understanding of the freight forwarding and logistics industry

Ability to build trust with clients

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software







Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for conducting on-site surveys)

- Experience with freight surveying a plus
