- Responsibilities:

Prospect and qualify leads through various channels (phone, email, social media)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients







Understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of Alphex Logistics services

- Negotiate and close sales deals, exceeding assigned sales targets (commission-based)

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction

- Generate accurate quotes and proposals

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings

- Utilize CRM and other sales tools to track progress and manage leads

- Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the freight forwarding/logistics.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Strong understanding of the logistics and shipping industry

Ability to build trust with clients

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software

Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting
