**Full job description**
- This role involves providing exceptional customer care and achieving sales goals and expected to take on higher responsibilities that may be assigned by the manager.
- Should be well trained to be able to give effective sales presentations and build rewarding relationships with customers.
- Involve promoting customer loyalty and giving each customer the best service, they have ever got.
- Responsible for actively promoting the sales of interior design & fit outs
- Developing innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Follow-up on new Projects / business opportunities coming-up covering the entire UAE market.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline for all construction projects.
- Must identify, develop and maintain relationships with Client, Consultants & Contractors to pursue sales leads.
- To work towards the achievement of sound, sustainable and exponential growth in business with a view to retain the position of a market leader in the relevant segment.
- To identify key influencers and decision-makers amongst the customers and develop an action plan to further strengthen the relationships.
- To be able to read and understand architectural drawings / installation instructions, as required for the job.
- Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and product success to determine customer preferences.
- To understand the price structures clearly and correctly in order to be able to bid / offer to outplay the competition while simultaneously meeting the gross profit expectations of the company.
- To possess the ability to resolve all issues and problems faced by the customers and to deal with their complaints and suggestions in a manner to retain the customers trust and loyalty.
- To prepare and submit regular reports on the progress achieved in the sales and marketing effort.
- Strong ability to frequently provide customers with relevant information and keep them fully informed always
- Possess exceptional self-motivation, confidence, and enthusiasm
- To play the role of a responsible contact between the customer and the company’s internal support teams.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma, with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in the UAE in a similar role.
- Should have experience in Interior design, Construction or Interior fit out company
- Previous experience in the UAE market with existing contacts and relationships with Consultants, Contractors, Joineries etc. in all the emirates of the UAE.
- Excellent command of the English both written and spoken, Speaking Arabic is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
