We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Keys Please Holiday Homes in Dubai. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and order are maintained.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Conduct regular inspections to guarantee cleanliness and adherence to standards.
- Train and motivate housekeeping team members to achieve excellence in their roles.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Oversee the scheduling and assignment of tasks to ensure proper coverage.






- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment for the team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.
- Valid UAE driver's license is mandatory.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation protocols.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
