**Position**: Sales Manager

**Type**: Full-Time

**Experience Required**: 5+ years

**Education Required**: MBA or equivalent degree

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.






- Manage and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and meet sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Oversee sales operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the furniture industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful sales teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
