Role Overview:
We are currently seeking for an Assistant Store Manager for premium jewelry brand in Dubai.
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, driving sales, and ensuring a premium customer experience. You will lead and motivate the sales team, uphold the brand's high standards, and contribute to the store's overall success.
- Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including staff supervision and inventory management.
- Drive sales and meet performance targets through effective team leadership and customer engagement.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a luxurious shopping experience for all clients.
- Support training and development initiatives for the sales team.
Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand's aesthetic and high quality.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to achieve store goals.
- Qualifications:
Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably in the jewelry industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Language:
Proficiency in English is required
- Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
