Sales Person Fm Industry (Male/female)

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies that ensure the achievement of specified sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and customer needs within the FM industry.
- Present and sell company services to current and potential clients, including end-to-end solutions for facility management.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and project the number of contacts to be made.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activities.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.






- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up activities.
- Identify and resolve client concerns; escalate as needed.
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
- Coordinate with company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven sales experience in the Facility Management industry.
- Knowledge of selling principles and practices, and an ability to close deals.
- Proficiency in English and, if applicable, other local languages.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence others.
- Capable of creating and editing written materials.






- Professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to travel as needed.
