**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Leadership**: Provide strategic leadership to the sales team, setting clear goals and objectives.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- **Team Management**: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,
ensuring exceptional service throughout the sales process.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and policies, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the immigration or related industry.
- In-depth knowledge of immigration services and programs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
