As an RYA Certified Instructor in the UAE, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality sailing and powerboat training in line with the RYA standards. Your role will involve teaching a range of courses from beginner to advanced levels, ensuring that all training is conducted in a safe, professional, and engaging manner. You will work closely with students of various ages and skill levels, providing them with the knowledge and confidence to excel in their maritime pursuits.

**Key Qualifications and Skills**:

- RYA Instructor, 3 years of experience as instructor.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **RYA Certification**: Current RYA Instructor qualification (e.g., Dinghy Instructor, Powerboat Instructor, etc.).






- **Experience**: Proven experience in teaching sailing and/or powerboating, ideally with a background in the UAE or similar maritime environments.
- **Safety Certification**: Valid first aid and safety training certifications.
- **Communication**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to tailor teaching methods to different learning styles and conditions.
- **Local Insight**: Familiarity with UAE maritime regulations, weather patterns, and sailing conditions is highly advantageous.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
