**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Representative to join our team at our optical company in Dubai, Al Barsha 1. As a Telesales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to engage potential clients over the phone to inform them about our Free Eye Check-Up Campaign and book appointments for them.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients within the designated territory.
2. Communicate effectively with potential clients to explain the details of our Free Eye Check-Up Campaign and the benefits of scheduling an appointment.

Listen attentively to client inquiries and address their questions or concerns in a professional manner.
4. Utilize persuasive sales techniques to encourage clients to book appointments for eye check-ups.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and appointment bookings in the CRM system.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
7. Stay informed about the latest products, services, and promotions offered by the company.
8. Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences and market trends.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in telesales or customer service roles, preferably in the optical or healthcare industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to build rapport with clients and engage them effectively over the phone.
4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
5. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
7. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
8.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al Barsha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
