Job Summary:
The Lobby Hostess will provide exceptional five-star customer service, creating memorable experiences for guests by welcoming them warmly, addressing their needs, and assisting with inquiries. As a representative of Atlantis The Royal, this role is pivotal in building guest loyalty and enhancing brand value through personalized service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage guests, providing a warm, welcoming atmosphere in the lobby.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing requests and concerns efficiently.
- Communicate guest preferences and special requests to the Front Office Management team.
- Assist with capturing new business and promoting the Atlantis brand.
- Handle phone calls,
assist with administrative tasks, and manage guest inquiries.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of hotel services, events, and local attractions.
- Ensure a high standard of lobby presentation and cleanliness at all times.
- Contribute to a luxurious and personalized experience for every guest, leaving a lasting impression.
Requirements:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Prior experience in luxury hospitality or a customer-facing role preferred.
Level of Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or related qualifications are a plus.
Work Hours:
- Full-time with flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Experience in Months:
- 12 months of experience in a similar customer service role.
