- Strengthen the school’s British Prep School identity and enhance the transition between primary and secondary education.
- Maintain and enhance the school’s reputation for academic excellence and holistic development.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A proven track record of successful primary school leadership.
- A deep commitment to a Prep School approach and educational innovation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff and students.
- Experience in the UAE or a similar international context is advantageous.
