- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- Experience: 10+ years proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in construction projects (School/Residential/Commercial/Industrial projects).
- Responsibilities and Skills: -
Key Responsible for Project planning, Team Leadership, Resource Management, Risk Management, Quality Assurance, Budget and Cost Control, Client Communication, Regulatory Compliance and Health and Safety.
- Proven track record of Successfully managing and delivering construction projects within budget and on schedule.
Strong understanding of construction regulations, codes, and standards.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A valid UAE driving license will be an added advantage.
