Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Banquet Supervisor - MALE to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee the smooth execution of events, particularly weddings, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise banquet staff during events, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards.
- Manage event setup, ensuring the venue is prepared and decorated as per client specifications.

Monitor the service flow and guest experience, making adjustments as necessary to ensure a seamless event.

- Train and mentor banquet staff, ensuring they adhere to service standards and exceed guest expectations.







Collaborate with event planners, chefs, and vendors to coordinate event logistics and ensure all details are executed flawlessly.

- Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

- Requirements:

Proven experience as a Banquet Supervisor or similar role in the events industry, with a focus on weddings and large gatherings.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.

- Knowledge of banquet operations, including setup, service, and event flow management.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Hospitality or event management qualifications are a plus.
