1. Meet assigned sales goals/targets related to GTB Cash Management business activity.
2. Actively work closely with the Relationship Managers to increase share of wallet from existing and new clients by providing them GTB products and services according to their business needs.
3. Effectively channel customer feedback and market competition to Product management teams.
4. Take a lead and respond to RFP by coordinating with Product teams.
5. Structure tailored and innovative solutions using GIB suite of products and services to meet requirements of sophisticated customers.
6. Provide prompt feedback on complex cash management transactional queries raised from customers,
maintaining and developing customer relationships through liaison with customers on technical issues.
7. Increase the utilization of all Cash Management products across the Eastern province such as Payments, Receivables and Cash Collections, Sweeping Accounts and Cash Pooling, MT940/942, Payroll, etc. (Later on the Point of Sales, Cash Deposit Machine and the corporate credit card once they are launched).
8. Negotiate terms and prepare GTB Cash Management offering proposals including pricing.
9. Identify cross-selling opportunities with internal business units.
10. Process customer sales according to bank guidelines and procedures.
