We are seeking a highly skilled PerformanceMarketing Specialist to drive and manage our social media marketing campaigns.
KeyResponsibilities :
CampaignManagement :
Plan execute and optimize paidsocial media campaigns across multiple platforms (FacebookInstagram
LinkedIn TikTok etc.) to achieveperformance goals (e.g. ROAS CPA conversions).
Performance Tracking & Reporting :
Monitordaily performance metrics (clicks impressions CPC CTR CPA ROASetc.) analyze campaign data
and provide insightsfor improvement.
Audience Targeting &Segmentation; :
Develop test and optimize audiencetargeting strategies including demographic interestbasedand
behaviorbased targeting.
Budget Management :
Manage and allocate theadvertising budget effectively across campaigns to maximizeperformance.
Creative Optimization :
Work closely with the creative team to develop test andoptimize ad creatives (copy imagery videos) for
better engagement and conversion rates.
A / B Testing :
Conduct A / B andmultivariate testing on ad copy creatives and landing pages tooptimize performance.
Market Research &Trend; Analysis :
Stay updated with the latestsocial media trends algorithm changes and new ad formats tocontinuously
improve campaignperformance.
Collaboration :
Collaborate with the wider marketing team (SEO contentCRM) to align social media strategies with broader
marketing goals.
PerformanceReporting :
Provide regular reports on campaignperformance insights and areas for improvement to stakeholdersand
management.
Key Skillsand Qualifications :
Experience :
2 years of experience in performance marketingspecifically in managing paid social media campaigns.
Education :
Bachelors degree inMarketing Business or a related field.
Technical Skills :
o Proficiency in usingplatforms like Facebook Ads Manager LinkedIn Campaign ManagerTikTok Ads
Google Analytics etc.
o Experience with performance tracking tools (e.g. GoogleAnalytics Hotjar HubSpot etc.).
o Stronganalytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data andmake datadriven decisions.
Creativity :
Ability to collaborate with creativeteams to develop engaging and effective ad content.
Communication :
Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills for crossteam collaboration and reportingto stakeholders.
Attention to Detail :
High level of precision in managing budgets audiencesegments and performancetracking.
