Role Description

We are looking 1-3 years of experienced Office Administrator with Basic Accounting Experience.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator at Chempol Additives and Chemical Specialty in Dubai. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing office equipment, communication with directors, and delivering excellent customer service on a daily basis.

Qualifications







- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Note: freshers with Excellent communication and interpersonal skills can be considered
