- Property Evaluation: Evaluate properties and offer clients insightful advice on investment opportunities.
- Negotiation Expertise: Represent clients in property negotiations, ensuring they secure the best possible deals.
- Proactive Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients through calls, emails, etc.,





offering top-notch property consulting services.
- Market Monitoring: Stay informed about the property market, identifying new and existing properties for sale.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance property value.
- Investment Recommendations: Provide clients with recommendations and advice on suitable property investments.
- Legal Expertise: Keep abreast of government housing and property laws and policies.
- Client Relationship Building: Build strong relationships within the team and collaborate efficiently.
- Intermediary Role: Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Selling Strategies: Set selling strategies and implement marketing tools for the business.
- Developer Visits: Attend meetings and visit developers to stay connected with industry trends.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in real estate.
- Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal management involvement.
- Communication Skills:





Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a strong sales mentality and negotiating ability.
- Attributes: Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service and a positive attitude.
- Fluency in English and one other language (Spanish, Russian, Arabic, Italian, French, Hindi, German)
