We are seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and lead our HVAC operations.
Job Overview :
The HVAC Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of HVAC systems for our various clients.
This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise,
and the ability to coordinate and manage maintenance teams, ensuring timely service and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise, plan, and schedule the maintenance of HVAC systems for commercial and residential properties.
- Lead a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues and ensure system efficiency.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting safe work practices across all projects.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule maintenance, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work, including reports on repairs, replacements, and system performance.
- Monitor inventory of HVAC materials, tools, and spare parts,
ensuring availability for timely repairs and replacements.
- Collaborate with other departments, including facilities management, to support integrated service delivery.
- Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and recommending improvements for operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Proven experience (5+ years) in HVAC maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance techniques.
- Strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication skills,
both written and verbal.
- Valid HVAC certifications and UAE driving license preferred.
Education :
Diploma or certification in HVAC systems, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
