We are looking for an energetic and motivated Listing/Telesales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property listings and executing outbound sales calls to potential clients. This dual role requires a blend of excellent communication skills, a persuasive sales ability, and a deep understanding of our products and market. The successful candidate will drive sales and listings through direct customer engagement, utilizing outstanding negotiation skills and a proactive approach to customer service. Responsibilities:

- Manage and update property listings across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and attractiveness to potential buyers.
- Conduct outbound telesales calls to prospective clients,





introducing them to our properties and services with the goal of securing sales or property listings.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through calling, referral generation, and networking.
- Provide detailed information and answer queries regarding properties, including pricing, features, and availability.
- Schedule and coordinate property viewings, open houses, and meetings between sellers and potential buyers.
- Prepare and present sales materials, proposals, and contracts.
- Utilize CRM systems to track interactions, feedback, and progress with leads and customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and listing goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, fostering relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that impact the real estate sector.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Tele sales Representative or Listing Agent,





preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting clients.
- High school diploma required; Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
