SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist/Consultant Colon and Rectal Surgeon to join our dedicated medical team. As a Colon and Rectal Surgeon, you will play an essential role in diagnosing and treating a variety of conditions affecting the colon, rectum, and anus. Your expertise in surgical procedures and patient management will significantly impact the well-being of our patients.

In this role, you will conduct thorough evaluations, perform a range of surgical interventions, prescribe appropriate therapies, and provide comprehensive post-operative care. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat conditions of the colon and rectum
- Perform surgical operations such as resection, anastomosis, and minimally invasive techniques
- Provide education to patients and families regarding their conditions, surgical options, and post-operative care
- Administer pre-operative and post-operative care to ensure patient recovery and well-being
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patients' medical histories and treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements, techniques, and best practices in colon and rectal surgery
- Comply with ethical and professional standards in all patient interactions

Requirements

- Medical degree and a valid license to practice as a Colon and Rectal Surgeon
- Completion of residency training in Colon and Rectal Surgery






- Specialization or fellowship training in Colon and Rectal Surgery
- Demonstrated experience in performing various surgical procedures on the colon and rectum
- Strong understanding of surgical techniques, technologies, and patient care protocols
- Exceptional diagnostic and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with patients and team members
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setup
- Detail-oriented approach with the capability to manage multiple cases at once

Benefits







Working Time is Full Time.

Salary is AED 55K TO AED 90K (Specialist, Consultant).
