The role of the Admin Assistant - EMEA will be critical to
our strategic revenue growth. The support on the admin
side of the business is integral to support key team
members. The collection of precise analysis and timely
reporting of business trends, dynamics, etc. will provide
regional management the ability to make quick and
smart decisions and to gain the advantage in a rapidly
crowded competitive marketplace. He/she will provide
support and analysis to different functions spanning
form sales, Come Ex, marker access and Global
Accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities span a number of topics, including: Expenses Management, CRM applications, Sales pipeline
completion,
market & competitive intelligence, and others.
Coordinate the regional implementation of Commercial Execution initiatives closely with commercial
organization
Contribute to sales and marketing tactics implementation.
Monitor KPIs and performance management process, assess regional performance, identify performance gaps
and drivers, develop remediation / action plans and deploy resources as needed
Support in improving quality data of SFDC.
Support in event management and event preparation
Requirements
We are open to freshers/ graduates with some project experience but need someone with strong Microsoft skills, having good logical reasoning/ analytical skills and interpersonal skills
