We are seeking young and passionate Real Estate Consultants to join our international (PAK) property projects team. If you have excellent communication skills, superior negotiation abilities, and a drive to close lucrative deals, this position is perfect for you. Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their investment objectives, preferences, and budget constraints. Build rapport and trust while providing expert guidance throughout the property acquisition process.
- Market Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify lucrative international property opportunities. Analyze market trends, property values, and investment potential to advise clients on strategic investment decisions.
- Deal Negotiation: Utilize your exceptional negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close high-value real estate transactions. Negotiate with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
- Client Representation: Act as a dedicated advocate for clients, representing their interests with integrity and professionalism. Provide transparent communication and regular updates to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience.
- Documentation and Compliance: Facilitate the preparation and execution of legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to property transactions. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards to protect the interests of all parties involved.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills,
both verbal and written
- Strong negotiation abilities with a proven track record of closing deals
- Passion for real estate and a keen interest in international property markets
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
- Relevant experience in real estate sales or consultancy is preferred
