Key Responsibility Areas
- Manage and deliver large and complex ERP engagements to identify design, and implement creative business and technology solutions.
- Manage engagement risk, project economics, planning and budgeting and accounts receivable.
- Perform as counselor and coach for ERP solution implementation
- Lead contact to the ERP vendor and responsible for coordinating all updates to the system, report and track technical issues, and oversee the subscription management of the system.
- Analyse the structure and flow of the business' work, to identify possible application solutions or workflows, within the defined application scope and interconnectivity to other applications;
- Be the subject matter expert for business and process analysis.
- Ability to configure the tools and participate in the implementation management and the workflow set-up (you define workflow processes) plus coordinate and govern the evolution and customization in the future.
- Good knowledge of Oracle Application and Technology.
- Leading and facilitating training comes naturally to you.
- Familiar with project management principles.
- You have a strong analytical mind, eye for detail and problem-solving skills. You have a natural drive for automation and simplification.
On top of this you are to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in time-critical situations.
You are able to manage third party suppliers.
Competencies
- You also have a solid understanding of the cross-functional business processes of an ERP system.
- Experience in business & process analysis as well as preparing workflow analyses.
- Experience in understanding and translating technical concepts to non-technical information & audiences.
- You have experience with SaaS applications / systems and knowledge of system design, development, implementation, user support principles and practices.
- Demonstrates appropriate understanding / working knowledge of Oracle eBS core functions, accounting principles and internal controls.
- Insightful use of analysis techniques, tools and concepts, to provide practical counsel to business area partners and management to drive business results.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of procedural controls and data validation techniques required.
- Professional communication skills for both internal and external customers, coworkers, team members and consultants.

- Analyze reports to monitor costs and performance against budget
- Ensure financial transactions are completed daily on an accurate basis, including but not limited to logistics, inventory, supply-chain, Warehousing, Financials.
- Review and submit month end summaries and reconciliations to the C-Level within assigned deadlines.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees;
planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Ensure employees are cross trained on accounting and reporting functions and processes.
- Continuous improvement for cost saving programs and improvements with knowledge and ability to develop, recommend and implement procedures to increase efficiency and improve AMPI's bottom line.
- Monitor weekly monthly IT expenses.
- Assist with calculations involving capital expenditures and payback analysis.
- Analyze internal controls to ensure assets are adequately safeguarded and results are accurately reported.
- Assist division manager with annual budget preparation. Runs necessary financial reports to compare to budget.
- Creates statistical reports (KPI's) for weekly and monthly review by leadership team.
- Serves as liaison to corporate IT department regarding computer hardware, software applications and equipment needs.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge in areas of responsibility by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, researching topics, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

Education Engineering Degree
Experience
- Minimum 10-15 years relevant work experience. Five years of supervisory experience.
- Technical knowledge of logistics operations preferred.
Prior experience in logistics is a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems. JDE or Oracle preferred.
- Sound understanding of IFRS or Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
