**Responsibilities**:
- Liaise with, and act as the link between, the client and creative studio by maintaining regular contact with both and getting the briefs right
- Learning about the client’s industry and business activities to suggest more personalized solutions
- Work with the manager to brief the creative team and assist with the formulation of day to day job roles of studio
- Manage writing briefs, preparing quotations and invoice’s to clients in a timely manner; to follow up as and when required with their accounts team
- Write contact reports after meeting discussions (new and existing clients) after every new brief shared
- Employ networking techniques to attract new clients. Make pitches,
along with colleagues with the aim of securing new business for the agency wherever possible along with retaining current clients and for more business
**Requirements**:
- Preferably experienced as an Advertising Account Executive or related position but freshers will also be considered.
- Good understanding of marketing and advertising methods and techniques
- Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of accounts possibly from different industries
- Good knowledge of Presentation skills, preparing presentations a must. (Powerpoint, excel and word)
- A team player with outstanding communication and presentation skills BSc/ BA in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
