**Freelance Social Media Executive.**

Responsible for creating and uploading all organic digital content across social media accounts. He/she will manage the priorities and planning of the social strategy through a balanced view that considers both creative and business needs, ensuring the growth of the community both in terms of reach and engagement, meeting business KPIs within budget and at scale, and giving visibility to key stakeholders across the team.

**Duties**:

- Plan, execute and develop integrated campaigns including idea generation, strategy, planning, and performance analytics across messaging platforms.
- Build strategic relationships with key industry influencers,





and agencies (in line with the strategy set by the company).
- Search and analyse social media trends to improve presence on social media pages, and sustain an engaging audience experience.
- Generate, analyse report social media monthly report, and take the required actions if needed.
- Develops creative, engaging, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
- Carry out editing duties, which involve finalizing technical aspects such as grading and coloring and adding effects.
- Ability to write short-form content like captions.

**What You’ll Need to Succeed**:

- Proven experience in social media account management.
- Keen understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
- Design knowledge to edit some small details on the posts/stories.
- Fluent English speaking & writing






- Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.
- On her/his own visa.
