**Responsibilities**:
- Identify potential clients through prospecting, networking, and other methods
- Develop a deep understanding of the client's business and marketing goals
- Create customized proposals that align with the client's objectives and our agency's capabilities
- Present proposals and conduct negotiations with potential clients to close deals
- Work collaboratively with other teams, including account management and project management, to ensure successful onboarding of new clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies to continually improve our sales strategies and offerings
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in a digital marketing agency or related industry
- Proven track record of closing deals and bringing on new clients
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate our agency's value proposition and service offerings
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission
**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
