We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Solar Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling solar panels to potential customers, generating leads, and closing deals. The compensation for this position is commission-based only.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads
- Follow up with customers to answer questions and address any concerns they may have
- Prepare and present quotes to potential customers
Negotiate and close deals with customers
- Collaborate with other members of the sales team to meet sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
**Requirements**:
Proven sales experience in the solar industry or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong knowledge of solar technology and its benefits
