Front Desk Coordinator (Russian Speaker)

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome Guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer incoming phone calls, direct calls to the appropriate department, and take messages when necessary.
- Provide information to guests about our services and offerings.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for staff members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain an organized and tidy front desk and reception area.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient communication flow.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing, as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in both English and Russian (written and spoken).






- Proven experience as a Front Office Coordinator, Receptionist, or similar role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with colleagues.

**Salary**: AED1,600.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
