This can be achieved by being experienced and knowledgeable in fine dining and engaging our guests during their visit, providing a personal, attentive service to our guests in a professional, polite and courteous manner
- You will also require to understand and explain menu content, menu changes and promotional activities and keep tables and dining areas clean, tidy, and well prepared for service and set for new diners
