Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Credit Card and Personal Loan Sales Officer to join our team. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling credit cards and personal loans to prospective customers. Your primary goal will be to meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of our credit card and personal loan portfolio.
**Responsibilities**:
- Generate leads and identify potential customers for credit card and personal loan products.
- Assess customer needs, financial situations, and eligibility for credit cards and personal loans.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team goals.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor products, and industry regulations related to credit cards and personal loans.
- Provide exceptional customer service, address customer inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns.
**Requirements**:
- Sound knowledge of credit card and personal loan products, including features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build relationships.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
