o **Room Attendant Duties: (Guest Room Valet)**
- Clean, replenish, maintain and prepare guests rooms as per each Hotels standard
- Meet and greet guests in a polite and friendly manner
- Use and maintain all chemicals, supplies and equipment carefully and as per each Hotels standard
- Vacuum and mop floors, clean/disinfect guest bathrooms to a high standard and make guests beds daily/change bedding as required
- Replace towels, soaps and other guest room amenities
- Shampoo carpets and upholstered furniture
- Empty hotel room garbage bins daily
- Move and position cleaning trolley in the guest corridor as per each Hotels standard ensuring a safe and hazard free area
- Carry out and complete daily task control sheet as per each Hotels standard
- Undertake the full sequence of service to clean a Hotel room
- Ensure the complete number of credits to clean rooms per day is completed as per each Hotels standard
- Report all malfunctioning tools, incidents and guest room issues to the Supervisor on duty
- Report all lost and found objects as per each Hotels standard
- Report any unusual guest behaviors or activities as per each Hotels standard
**Skills**:
Chemical and Housekeeping machinery knowledge and experience
Safe manual handling techniques
Solid understanding of both the company/client policies and procedures
Occupational Health & Safety Card (UAE accreditation)
Understanding of the Occupational Health & Safety Legislation and Standards in the UAE
Housekeeping sequence of service skills
Bedmaking skills
Cleaning skills
Laundry Skills
Must have a strong comprehension of English
Must have strong English-speaking skills
Must have strong interpersonal skills
Must hold strong customer service skills

Public Area Cleaning Duties:
- Sweep and mop public area floors, clean/disinfect public area bathrooms to a high standard
- Empty garbage bins from the public areas daily & restock all cleaning supplies as required
- Cleaning of all public areas such as windows, corridors, lobby areas, public bathrooms, stairwells, pool areas, and all indoor and outdoor areas
- Carry our any other duties as instructed by the shift Supervisor/senior
- Meet and greet guests in a polite and friendly manner
Houseman
- Vacuum and clean all public areas in the Hotel corridors
- Meet and greet guests in a polite and friendly manner
- Ensure the Hotel corridors are clean at all times
- Ensure lost and found items are submitted to the Duty Supervisor
Replenish cleaning items and maintain cleaning equipment
**Salary**: AED1,000.00 - AED1,200.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
