As part of our continuous Digital Transformation journey, the Al Futtaim group is starting up a new Digital & Analytics business to be named ‘Blue’ and we are currently seeking a junior level professional to join the organization in the capacity of ‘Digital Payments Coordinator’ as part of Blue Pay.

**ROLE PURPOSE**

The Digital Payments Coordinator is a key enabler to the Digital Payments team and our product Blue Pay. The role is responsible for ensuring all commercial, technical and operational activities are completed for Al-Futtaim’s brands in accordance with policies, procedures, compliance, and regulatory standards.

The role will support our internal customers across MENA and SEA markets.

**KEY ROLE SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES**






- Manage internal payment acceptance requests - facilitate the delivery of standard and non-standard requests from our brand teams.
- Manage delivery partners - ensure delivery partners are meeting contractual and operational obligations
- Data-driven - comfortable with using data to analyse process and delivery partner performance across agreed metrics
- Administration - ensure all contractual, operational and technical documentation is maintained in a systematic manner
- Process improvement - ability to conduct process analysis in order to make improvement or find solutions, to deliver high quality outcomes for our internal customers

**PERSON SPECIFIC**

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree. Specialization in either Technology, Product Management or Business Administration preferred.

Minimum Experience and Knowledge:







- 3-5 years’ demonstrable experience in managing operational processes either in back office or customer-facing role
- Working in a fast-paced environment requiring proactive management of internal and external stakeholders
- Managing delivery partners to ensure operational SLAs are maintained, managing issue resolution and overall delivery assurance
- Basic understanding of the payments’ ecosystem and the main players

Job-Specific/Technical Skills required to complete the tasks:

- Excellent organizational skills to track progress of initiatives and requests
- Process improvement skills to identify opportunities to improve process efficiency






- Use of request management tools to ensure high visibility of process performance
- Effective relationship management of internal customers and delivery partners
- Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
