**TRADE FINANCE RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - SALES (ARABIC SPEAKER WITH ENGLISH KNOWLEDGE)**

Role summary:
1.The incumbent drives new business initiatives and revenue realization.
2.Helps to remove client roadblocks for the trade sales team to achieve utilization, and monitor overall revenue growth across segments and trade products.
3.Shall have the responsibility to contribute in all activities to achieve the strategic goals and objectives. 4.The incumbent directs report preparation and Management Information Systems (MIS) on trade finance activities.
5.The incumbent must be analytical and well-spoken.
6.The incumbent must also be skilled at managing a broad group of local and global stakeholders.







**Role description**:

- The incumbent of this role will be responsible to sell Trade Finance products to existing & potential new customers.
- Responsible to build and convert a healthy sales pipeline in line with the business build plan.
- Achieve established annual sales revenues; asset growth; new business development and referral targets.
- Handling client queries and ensure they are responded to the satisfaction of customers.
- Successfully balance customer satisfaction and profitable business growth.
- Overall responsible for meeting the given sales business plan for trade finance Deliver the integrated TF sales pitch and also develop new and profitable Trade Finance business from assigned geographical territories/Industry segments.
- Flag any risks identified in relation to KYC/AML or provision of solutions to clients.






- Work closely with Risk and compliance team in enhancing policies and client reviews Identify product innovation opportunities and address product gaps with the Management through regular client interactions.
- Prepare and submit reports to the Management to monitor workflow and income in addition to the monthly and quarterly reports.
- Review latest technology trends that can be used to improve productivity and innovation.
- Review issuance and amendments of all Trade Finance products Provide on-the-job training for and performance evaluation of staff.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Trade Finance Sales. Should possess excellent knowledge of Trade Finance operations and procedures, LC’s and guarantee, UCP 600, URDG and other ICC rules and regulations, SWIFT, international conventions etc.






- Strong Interpersonal skills and fluent communication skills in Arabic and English is mandatory. Decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Should be able to guide, motivate and lead a team of people. Salary will be based on experience and upon discussion Joining Immediately.
