**_Job Information:_**:
- _Answers all customer questions in a timely and efficient manner;_
- _Provides proper information to supervisors on any feedback from customers;_
- _Provides the highest standard of customer service;_
- _Attends trainings according to the employee development program;_
- _Complete knowledge of room categories, fees, packages and any other necessary information related to them;_
- _Transmits the culture and high standard of the hotel by promoting its services;_
- _Strictly enforces hotel rules on safety, fire and health according to legislation;_
- _Assists other departments as needed._
