**Position: Sales Manager**

**Job Summary**: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Blugrass Technologies. As a sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team,
developing strategic sales plans, and achieving sales targets. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence in Dubai and the surrounding regions.
**Responsibilities**:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and training to enhance team performance.
- Set clear sales targets, monitor progress, and provide regular performance feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Strategic Sales Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to analyze competitors, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
- Define sales targets, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Business Development:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective lead generation and prospecting activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that address client needs.
- Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry exhibitions to promote company products and services.
Sales Performance and Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics and key performance indicators.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to recommend appropriate strategies.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions to optimize sales effectiveness.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on technology solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a sales Manager or in a similar role for 5+ years in the IT industry.
- Strong record of accomplishment of achieving and exceeding sales targets. YOY revenue and target achieving proof is required.
- Prior experience of dealing with government entities as customers is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
- Bilingual/ Arabic and English is a must.
