We are hiring for the position of **Call Center Executive** in the **Medical Center**
Location: Business Bay
Position: Call Center Agent
**Responsibilities**:
- Greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner using the suggested script.
- Deferring queries to your line manager if you are unable to answer them.
- Furnishing members and health care practitioners with details regarding members' benefits.
- Granting pre-authorizations for medical treatment, if covered.
- Advising members of outstanding co-payments.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience as a customer service specialist or equivalent, ideally within a similar setting.
- Sales experience is highly advantageous.
- Computer literate with an above-average typing speed.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills.
- **Must have UAE experience as a Call Center Agent or TeleSales.**:
- **Preferably in the medical field.**:
- **Must have good sales background experience.**
**No to Job hopping**
**Salary: 5,000AED - 6,000AED**
**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
