**Position Purpose**:
To provide complete support in Human Resources in order to contribute to the smooth operation of the Department.
Assist the Director of HR in the effective operation of the Human Resources department, ensuring that all company standards of quality and cleanliness are maintained at all times whilst meeting the needs of the business.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Co-ordinates the exit process, in terms of ticket
- back
- home booking, by raising PR and liaising with Pay master, for last and final settlement signature, Purchasing, Visa Officer and Accommodation Supervisor on the housing hand-over.
- Arranges the annual ASI Survey under the guidance of the Director of HR
- To support HR projects as and when required.
- Responsible and accountable for Associates
- passports and to issue if requested with proper documentation.
- Monitor and track documents like visas, permits and passports accordingly inform the associates & Director of Human Resources
- Conduct reference checks of applicants and prepare Employment Offer
- Clearly explain the employment offer to new joiners, open their personnel file and conduct the induction of new associates (name badge and pin, locker, signing of company policies, etc)
- Enroll new associates and remove resigned associates from the Associate Management
- Be involved in all associate events/activities especially those initiated by HR Department
- Answer telephone calls as per hotel standard
- Coordinate with and assist the Accommodation Supervisor, Visa Clerk, Training Coordinator & the Nurse as and when required
- Assist associates on their queries in an efficient manner
- Track all the resumes and forward to the concern department.
- Responsible to make sure all proper and accurate original passport inventory updated and complete.
- Make it sure that the onboarding documents especially the Job Description & Code of Practice & Ethics of all the new joiners are in place.
- Make it sure that the related documentations / Backus for the Leased Outlets in place and in line with the company policy.

- Al Barsha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- HR Executive: 2 years (preferred)
