Location: Dubai Investment Park - 2

We are a reputable **fit-out company** seeking a talented and **experienced Designer cum Estimator** to join our team. As a Designer cum Estimator, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing designs while accurately estimating project costs. Your creative skills and technical expertise will contribute to the successful execution of our projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Formulate design presentation strategies and present design concepts to clients.
- Produce graphic presentations, 2D, 3D renderings and construction drawings.
- Create virtual reality presentations that include 3D walkthroughs of renderings by using AutoCAD, Sketch-up, etc.






- Formulate quotations based on existing architectural drawings by deriving relevant information.
- Participate in discussions regarding landscape design for mixed-use projects.
- Participate in pre-design tasks, including visioning sessions.
- Updating of project list with a pre-designed format.
- Preparing and sharing of quotations with clients.
- Following up with clients on quotations and updating system entries.
- Ensure all work is carried out to the requirements of the client, with the design team working to the
- correct specifications and delivering a high quality and timely product to the client.
- Involvement in office, regional and sector business development initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Designer cum Estimator in the fit-out industry.
- Excellent understanding of cost estimation principles and methods.
- Ability to create detailed 2D and 3D design layouts and renderings.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
