We are currently looking for Sales and Leasing agents for the Dubai real estate market who is self-motivated, passionate and have a proven track record in real estate or sales.
Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales and as a property broker in Dubai real estate
- Bachelor’s degree graduate
- Licensed real estate agent or broker by RERA
- Preferably with certification as a real estate broker and/or property manager (CPM).
- Proficient in MS Office
- With strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- With a valid UAE driver’s license and car (required)
- Any nationality
**Job Description**:
- List and market properties for sale or rent on various portals
- Advise sellers/landlords on market conditions, values and property legislation.
- Qualify potential buyers/tenants.
- Set appointments, attend viewings and follow-up on leads
- Negotiate offers and contract
- Maintain regular contact with all clients
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
- Determine client's needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, to ensure a fair and honest deal.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property value
- Display and market real property to possible buyers.
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.)
- Manage property auctions or exchanges.
- Maintain and update list of available properties.
- Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, and home inspectors.
- Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
License/Certification:
- real rstate broker license from RERA (required)
