Services to be provided by you shall include but are not necessarily limited to, the following:
1-Obtain client information by answering telephone calls;
2-interviewing clients; verifying information.
3-Determine eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
4-Establish policies by entering client information; confirming pricing.
- 5-Inform clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
6-Maintain communication equipment by reporting problems & coming with corrective action.
7-Assist the Front Desk in providing customer support and ensuring patient satisfaction.
8-Perform any other related duties and/or assignments as directed by the line manager.
9- Abel to work under huge stress.
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al Barsha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
