Channel Strategy Assistant Manager - Consumer Electronics Sales & Marketing

Channel Strategy Assistant/Manager will be responsible for leading, guiding, and monitoring MEA region’s GTM (Account strategy and account planning, In-store management, Sell-out management, Channel PSI, Inventory, Flooring, Training, Promoter/Merchandiser activity, and KPI monitoring, etc.) activity.

This position is also responsible for developing the MEA CEO guidebook which will help each subsidiary’s GTM & ASAP capability in the region.

This position will communicate with the subsidiary’s MD, PM, GTM leaders, and HQ GTM. The incumbent will help and monitor the progress of MEA CEO’s direction for No.1 store development.





The incumbent will also be responsible for tracking NPI progress, developing and sharing training material, and periodically sharing the best practices in the market.

The incumbent will be responsible for arranging and leading GTM related workshops and visiting subsidiaries to support and monitor the in-detail progress of channel development tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. KPI monitoring and guiding in order to drive sell-out for promoters/merchandisers/GTM members and trainers across the MEA region.
2. Develop and gather the relevant NPI training contents for the region and subsidiaries in collaboration with subsidiary/HQ PICs.
3. Monitor and support each subsidiary’s operational KPIs such as WOS, LTI, and Product/Channel Mix in order to make presumptive activity.
4. Trainer, Merchandiser, and Promoter management:
- Support KPI set-up & monitoring
- Ensure training standards
- Best Practice awards
- Head Count monitoring & Productivity
5. Brand shop strategy to increase customer traffic & premium sell-out:






- Brand shop development strategy: New store opening (considering geographical market location analysis, demographical analysis, customer analysis, demand expectation, budget, opening ceremony, etc.), Performance monitoring by store & store closing process.
6. Monitor and guide subsidiaries for ISM (In-store management).
7. Drive GTM events and initiatives for MEA subsidiaries.
8. Create MEA CEO weekly reports.

Relevant experience:

1. 10+ years of relevant work experience in a global top-tier company as CE product APM/PM/ISM/GTM/Marketing/Planogram/Channel PSI Management/Sales & KAM/Training.

Knowledge and skills:

1. University graduate (Bachelor’s degree).
2. Should be fluent in English.
3.





Proficient in Microsoft Excel including SQL and PowerPoint.
4. Data management with Power BI.
