Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized system.
- Participate in various department projects lead by senior staff.
- Provide on-the-job training to new employees or as needed.
- Coordinate the resolution of department policy & procedure problems & inquiries.
- Generate reports & develop reporting system as per assigned by the line manager.
- Perform genera l Administrative tasks: coordination, follow up, feedbac k...etc to ensure daily work is performed completely & in a timely manner.
- Act on behalf of superior when he/she is absent.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
Higher Diploma or Equivalent. Bachelors in related faculty desired.
